Tourists vandalise Namibian landmark

The Hospitality Association of Namibia (HAN) has condemned the actions of a group of tourists who allegedly vandalised a prominent landmark in the south.

The foreign nationals recently reportedly painted the Garub Rail Station, located between Aus and Lüderitz, with graffiti.

HAN chief executive officer Gitta Paetzold told The Namibian that they became aware of the vandalism on Tuesday when images were shared on social media.
